That’s why we offer a wide range of post-ticketing services designed to assist you with modifications, cancellations, reissues, and special requests.
To maintain efficiency and provide continued support, certain services may incur administrative fees in addition to any penalties or fare differences charged by the airline. Below is a comprehensive overview of our post-ticketing service fees and what they include.

Flight Change or Reissue:
A service fee starting from $50 per ticket will apply for voluntary changes to flight dates, times, or routing. This fee is in addition to any fare difference and airline-imposed penalties. -
Ticket Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your flight, a $50 per ticket processing fee will be charged, along with any applicable cancellation fees set by the airline. Refund eligibility depends on the airline's fare rules. -
Name Correction:
Minor name corrections (as allowed by the airline) will incur a $30 service fee. Not all tickets are eligible for name corrections, and changes must comply with airline regulations. -
Refund Assistance:
For refundable tickets, we offer assistance with submitting and tracking refund requests. A non-refundable $25 administration fee per ticket is charged for this service. Refund times vary based on airline policies. -
Special Service Requests (SSR):
We provide help with adding meal preferences, requesting wheelchair assistance, and more. Most requests are free of charge, but fees may apply depending on airline policies. Our service fee starts at $10 per request if additional coordination is needed. -
Baggage Add-On or Assistance:
If you need help purchasing additional baggage or clarifying baggage allowance, we charge a $15 support fee per request. Airline baggage charges are separate. -
Seat Selection Help:
Basic seat assignment assistance is complimentary. However, if you're selecting premium or paid seating, we will guide you through the process. Airline-imposed seat charges will apply. -
No-Show Penalty Advice:
If you've missed a flight and want to know your options, we offer a one-time consultation for $20 per passenger. This includes checking rebooking eligibility and fare rules.
