1. Order Confirmation
Once you successfully complete a booking on HolidayCartLLCUSA.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email will include a unique booking reference number, passenger details, and a summary of your selected travel services (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.).

2. Delivery of Travel Services
All travel-related products and services booked through HolidayCart LLC are delivered electronically. No physical documents or tickets will be mailed unless otherwise specified. Services are fulfilled as follows:
- Flight Tickets: Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are issued and sent via email. These can be accessed digitally or printed as needed for check-in.
- Hotel Vouchers: Issued electronically and delivered via email along with confirmation details.
- Car Rental Confirmations: Sent via email with rental details and pickup instructions.
- Travel Insurance (if applicable): Policy documents are delivered by email and may be provided by a third-party insurance partner.
3. Processing Time
Most bookings are processed immediately. In rare cases, additional time may be required due to fare verification, availability issues, or airline response delays. If there is any delay in fulfillment, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
4. Booking Verification
For your protection, all bookings are subject to verification. This may include validating the payment method, passenger identity, and travel document details. If further verification is required, a representative will reach out via phone or email.

5. Modifications and Changes
Once a booking is confirmed and fulfilled, changes are subject to airline, hotel, or supplier policies. HolidayCart LLC may charge a post-ticketing service fee in addition to any penalties or fare differences imposed by the provider. 6. Cancellations and Refunds
