2. Airline Ticket Cancellations & Refunds
Non-Refundable Tickets: Most discounted or promotional airline tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel such tickets, you may forfeit the fare paid. However, you may be eligible for a credit voucher or partial refund depending on the airline’s policy.
Refundable Tickets: If your ticket is refundable, you may cancel and receive a refund minus any applicable airline cancellation fees and service charges.
Cancellation Fees: Airlines may charge cancellation or change fees that are separate from HolidayCart LLC’s service fees. These fees will be disclosed during booking and in your ticket terms.
3. Hotel Reservation Cancellations & Refunds
Hotel cancellation policies vary widely by property. Many hotels offer free cancellation up to a certain date before check-in, while some discounted rates are non-refundable.
Please carefully review the cancellation deadline and penalty information at the time of booking. If you cancel within the allowed period, a full refund will be issued. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full charge.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation request is approved and confirmed by the supplier (airline, hotel, etc.), refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please note that refund processing times vary depending on the supplier and payment provider and may take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days.
5. HolidayCart LLC Service Fees
Service fees charged by HolidayCart LLC for bookings and changes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Any refunds issued by suppliers will not include these fees.
6. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
In cases of emergency, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or airline schedule changes, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution, which may include rebooking or refunds in accordance with supplier policies.
