Fare Disclosure Policy
At HolidayCart LLC, we are committed to transparency and integrity in every aspect of your travel planning. This Fare Disclosure outlines how airfare and travel-related pricing is displayed on our platform and how you, as a customer, can interpret and trust the information provided during your booking process.
1. What is Included in Displayed Fares
All fare prices displayed on HolidayCartLLCUSA.com include the base airfare plus all mandatory government taxes and airline-imposed fees known at the time of search. These may include:
- U.S. and international government taxes and fees
- Fuel surcharges and carrier-imposed fees (YQ/YR)
- Airport facility charges (PFCs)
- September 11th Security Fee (U.S. TSA)
The total price shown before final checkout is the amount you are expected to pay, excluding any optional services such as seat selection, baggage, or travel insurance.
2. Fare Accuracy and Real-Time Updates
We utilize industry-standard global distribution systems (GDS) and real-time fare APIs from travel suppliers to display current flight availability and pricing. However, due to the fast-changing nature of airline inventory, fares may change between the time you search and the time you complete your booking.
If a fare changes before your payment is confirmed, we will notify you of the new price and give you the option to proceed or cancel without penalty.
3. Dynamic Pricing & Fare Fluctuations
Airfares are highly dynamic and fluctuate based on availability, travel dates, airline yield management, and customer demand. Fares can vary within minutes. The price shown during your initial search may not be guaranteed until payment is processed and the ticket is issued.
To secure the best pricing, we recommend completing your booking as soon as possible after selecting a flight.
4. Service Fees and Additional Charges
Some fares displayed on our platform may be accompanied by a service or booking fee charged by HolidayCart LLC. These fees help us maintain high-quality customer support and booking services. Service fees will be clearly displayed before final checkout.
- Online Booking Fee: Typically between $0 – $50 per passenger
- Support Booking Fee: Applies if booked via phone or live agent
- Post-Booking Changes: May include ticket reissue fees or agency service charges
5. Multiple Passenger Fare Variance
Airlines often sell seats in fare "buckets" or classes. If your booking includes multiple passengers, the system will only display and book fares where all passengers can be ticketed in the same fare class. If enough seats are not available at the lowest fare, a higher fare may apply to the entire group.
6. Baggage Fees and Optional Services
Unless explicitly stated, checked baggage, carry-on luggage, seat selection, onboard meals, and other optional services may not be included in your fare. You will be advised during checkout or via your ticket confirmation on how to purchase these services directly through the airline.
7. Code-Share Flights and Partner Airlines
Some itineraries may be operated by partner or code-share airlines. In such cases, baggage allowances, in-flight amenities, and seat maps may vary. We recommend confirming details with the operating airline before travel.
8. Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) Disclosures
Fares displayed from low-cost carriers may reflect a basic fare only. These airlines may charge separately for baggage, seat selection, printing boarding passes, and airport check-in. HolidayCart LLC will provide a link to review the carrier’s fee policy whenever possible.
9. Refundable vs Non-Refundable Fares
Most airfares displayed are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a fare is refundable or flexible, that will be clearly noted before purchase. Always review fare rules during checkout for cancellation or change conditions.
10. Fare Rules and Restrictions
Every airline ticket comes with specific fare rules that may include:
- Minimum/maximum stay requirements
- Advance purchase requirements
- Change and cancellation fees
- No-show policies
These rules are made available before final payment. If you need help interpreting fare rules, our support team is available to assist.
11. Responsibility and Limitations
HolidayCart LLC is not liable for fare increases or availability changes caused by delays in payment, system errors, or changes initiated by the airline. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any issues before processing payment or issuing your ticket.
